Things I've Crocheted For Collin

I taught myself how to crochet from Youtube! I've been crocheting the last few days non-stop! I hope these will look good on Collin, and more importantly, that they will actually fit him!

Avery's New Bed

Avery's new favorite movie is The Sound of Music. She watched the puppet show scene about 15 times yesterday. It was very cute. She sat on the table and did not move the entire time.

Avery is now sleeping in her big girl bed. She has been a little scared and hesitant to move over, but she is warming up to it and has successfully taken 2 naps and slept 1 night in her bed. She especially likes the dog pillow she gets to sleep on.

Collin's room is really coming along! We just received the bedding today. We've painted several things to match his decor. We don't need much more for him- can't believe he will be here in a few months!

The New Provo Park

When Hannah and I were moving out of our first apartment 21 months ago, the city was starting to clear land to build a park half a block away. This summer they finally finished it, and because we only moved 2 blocks from where we used to live, it's very close! Avery and Hannah go there just about everyday.

Avery does the funniest things now. She is also talking a lot more. In addition to saying mommy and daddy, she can say doggy, cracker, uh oh, no, please, thank you (which you can see a video of on the Blake blog), baby, ball, and hi. She also knows how to say more and all done in sign language.
