This post is for Kate. She emailed me and asked what new things Avery is doing.

Avery has started texting Hannah when she has class. She also texts her baby friends so much that we're thinking about removing text messaging from her phone.

This really isn't new because she has been doing it for several weeks, but Avery loves standing. We're trying to teach her that most babies crawl before they walk.

Avery sits in her stroller more than ever now that we walk to campus every day to see Hannah.She has decided that if she's going to be there all the time, she is going to be comfortable.
She also likes lying on her tummy a little more now.

Avery's Uncle, Joe, came to see us a couple weeks ago after living in Oregon all summer.

The McKenzie's New Lake House

Hello Everyone!
We hope everybody is doing well. Can you believe it is already September!? It will be Thanksgiving in no time. Here are some pictures of the McKenzie's new home- Brent made the blue prints for the home, so everything has been designed by him & Sharon. I'll post some new ones after everything is finished and the furniture arrives. My camera's memory card is full now, so I wasn't able to get a picture one of the bedrooms downstairs or the master bedroom & bath. More to come!
