When Hannah and I were moving out of our first apartment 21 months ago, the city was starting to clear land to build a park half a block away. This summer they finally finished it, and because we only moved 2 blocks from where we used to live, it's very close! Avery and Hannah go there just about everyday.
Avery does the funniest things now. She is also talking a lot more. In addition to saying mommy and daddy, she can say doggy, cracker, uh oh, no, please, thank you (which you can see a video of on the Blake blog), baby, ball, and hi. She also knows how to say more and all done in sign language.
